Acceptable stay but issues exist

basic cleaningserious safety
I did encounter problems . The cleaning were quite basic. The lifeguard seemed more interested in their mobile phone than in watching the pool. This neglect of duty is a serious safety issue .

The hotel looks exactly like the pictures. the beds are firm. This suited me well. the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is superb, with a wide variety of items and freshly cooked options. the bus stops are conveniently near. This allows for easy travel and enjoyment of wine.
the weird room design caused water from the shower to enter the bedroom area! also the toilet room is tiny with no ventilation.

The room had a big shower, i thought it was amazing. it felt very modern and clean. The space was ample. the bed was comfortable and i loved having a sea view!

Lovely and Modern Hotel

I visited in mid-may and appreciated the two distinct pool areas. One larger pool had a dj and a more relaxed smaller pool sat near the sea. I found a large shaded double bed near the smaller pool and my child could nap there outside of the pram. Drinks cost 3.50 euros for a pint. The area includes little beaches and restaurants. San antonio is a 30-minute walk. Guests are multi-national and friendly.
I noticed there are not enough loungers, there is scramble for the back wall and few loungers. This made it hard to relax fully at certain times.

Staff were accommodating and upgraded our room for a special occasion, they offered a welcome drink upon arrival. Breakfast provided much choice and the place was really clean. Daytime dj at the pool gave nice vibes.

I found the breakfast selection quite good with many options. The room was clean and modern I also liked the sea view from my window.
The gym was quite basic and some equipment was out of order. The noise from nearby clubs was loud in the evenings making sleep difficult.
